Acceptance of these terms

By creating a werespond.ai account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using werespond on behalf of a ministry or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What werespond provides

werespond.ai helps faith communities respond to their connected social-media messages using AI-assisted replies, with tools to test and review what the bot says. The service is provided on an ongoing basis and may change as we add features. werespond is operated by RM Global Network, a US-registered nonprofit.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must have the right to connect any social-media account you link to werespond.

Acceptable use

You agree to use werespond only for lawful purposes and in keeping with its pastoral intent. You may not use it to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content, to impersonate others, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

Replies are generated with the help of AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing what your ministry sends, and werespond provides tools — such as the test sandbox and the go-live control — to help you do so. werespond is an assistant, not a substitute for human pastoral judgment.

Billing and subscriptions

werespond is currently provided without charge during its early phase. Paid plans and billing terms are not yet active, and will be introduced with their own terms before any charges apply.

Termination

You may stop using werespond and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use werespond ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

werespond is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated replies will meet every expectation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM Global Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of werespond. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes relating to werespond will be handled in the courts located there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of werespond after a change means you accept the updated terms.
